Hello,

My recent scan has shown another 15mm tumor located at the gastroesophogus junction.  Is there anyone else out there that has RCC with mets to their GE junction?

By junction if you mean where the Esophageal meets the stomach?  Yes than me. I had a "pull through" seven years ago. Since my condition was poor i could not have Chemo and Radiation after the operation. So after 5 years it came back. At that time (2.5 years ago) i had the Chemo and Radiation.

I have been having a problem swallowing solid food as my throat has swollowed. Had it widen twice to no avail. But i am Stage one after 7.5 years.

Hope this helps. If you want reply

Hello Sir,

Yes that's what I mean.  What is a "pull through" ?

Just got some more bad news - it seems the RCC mets has gone to my hip/femur.  I am to see a radiation oncologist this Friday.  Not sure what to expect.

Glad to hear your stage 1.  I have been at stage 4 since November 2015.

Thanks,

George Thompson
