      Oh, I'm not trying to tell your that your script was wrong. I'm merely pointing out that there has been a change that could cause misunderstanding, so it would behoove new users to double-check with their docs to make sure they are getting the dose they should be getting.         As I said, the generic had been 2.5%, so a twice daily application would have been the proper dose.  They had prescribed it at once daily for the name brand or twice daily for the generic.  The full-strength generic actually came out shortly after my doc wrote the script.  Since we have to schedule the visits in advance, I got my script long before I was suppose to apply it, so it may be the case that ...

          All of you taking Fluouracil twice per day, please check with your doctor to make sure they know you are on the 5%.  Until very recently, the generic was only available in 2.5%, so a twice per day application was required to get a full dose.  My doctor's office did not know that a full-strength generic came out until I told them that my generic was the full 5%.  I had been prescribed the cream twice pe...
