      Thank you for the response and guidance. In 2016 I had half of the thyroid removed during a parathyroid surgery not for cancer. That half had a small nodule with papilary thyroid cancer, so discovered by accident. The surgeon said that the nodule on the other side may be of the same nature. He did not advice to remove it, but to activelly watch it. Thank you.

        Sorry to interviene in this post, I have Thyroid cancer too, and my Thyroglobulin is 0.5 and the Thyroglobulin Antibodies are 106 (normaly should be under 2) but the dr said it should be not a concern as the nodule did not change in size from last year (9mm) even if last year teh TG was 26 and the TGAB 12. Not sure if that is of help but if is not and anybody has a bit of advise from their experience it will be appre...

          I had first round of treatment and returned last week. I have to follow up on this for thrue results. But the treatment went fine, no side effects, it was an IV withteh radioactive material Lu177, can read if you google it. It seems that the radioactive material is going to bound to the prostate cancer cells and kill them so the dosage of radiation is much smaller and targeted. Of course if it works.               Thank you, that is great story. What was the psa evolution since 07? I am in similar situation, 58 yers old, diadnosed in 2010, robotic surgery 2014, 2 months rad 2015, just finished last week and had 4luprons each of 1 mo. I am intersted to know how to get rid of lupron and still keep in control the psa and hte disease. Thank you so much.
