    I can't say they'll qualify, but have you applied for Medicaid for them yet?  If they can get approved, they provide a lot of resources, including Elder Care services.  Is there a social worker in any of the medical centers you go to?  If so, they might be able to give you some good resources.  Please take care of you!!!  Good luck.

      Everyone sees things from their own perspective. From what you described, my perspective is that you're NOT a rotten person. You've been helping him - or basically supporting him - for 2-3 months now and that's never easy, especially when you add terminal cancer to the mix. You're asking if you're rotten for having your feelings. You haven't thrown him out or otherwise acted toward him in some horrible fashion. H...

          I know exactly what you mean and it's SO very hard. My husband was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (mds) in June '17 and has been undergoing chemo (stem cell transplant scheduled for early October).
