My father was a Vietnam Veteran exposed to agent orange.  He served 20+ years in USMC.  He was diagnosed with Stage IV Renal Cell Carcinoma in 2011.  By the time the cancer was found, it had already spread to his lungs and given a prognosis of 18 months.  He passed away last year.  My mother filed a VA claim after his death and was denied.  I found your response above and requested a letter from his Oncologist.  But theOncologist said "He did not feel comfortable to write the letter" so now I don't know what to do.  Do you have any suggestions?
