I lost 40 pounds from a combination of alcohol cessation and general disgust of food! My taste buds are trashed and I can't taste sweets. I have a water bottle with me at all times. That's great but I wouldn't count on that lasting. I survived on Chinese noodles and grilled meat from these Chinese buffets and still lost 40 pounds. I hope he can stay this course

Anyone else suffer from this ? This is a fairly rare post radiation complication. When you bend your neck down you get huge electrical shock running down your back spine and legs. The first time I noticed it I literally panicked. Of the last three months mine has gotten much easier to deal with and actually fairly rare. Apparently the radiation the laminates part of the spinal column and causes this. Not much fun.
