your GI would do a biopsy if anything look subject to Baretts esphogus. I had barets for a year, and a very small percent turns into cancer. Only way to tell is a biopsy, and and a reg EDG to see if it has turned. Mine was caught early on because my dr. was vigalent to be on the look out for it. Do get the EDG every 6 months, a good GI can tell if its going south. Take you nexium reg. or what ever they give you, cute...

My son saw a commercial on TV about a pillow that was invented by an esophageal cancer patient. A doctor no less. It is called Medcline, it is pricey but I ordered it because I was desperate and because it had a 100 day return if it didn’t help....

Has any one had to have Pyloroplastydone due to the plyorus narrowing to much to let the food go through to the small intestines? I have had to have mine streatched 6 times now, so the Dr. says I should have that surgery done. It is causing bleeding ulcers in my esphogus ( what I have left) I had an esophagectomy 4 1/2 years ago, and have had trouble with the food passing through my lower stomach. Would like to ...

Can anyone explain to me what it contails. He lives in Engand and we just want to know if anyone out there is going or has gone though the removal of the bladder, and what it means . Any news would be great.  Thanks
