My friend recently told me about the benefits of eating Apricot Kernels.  Has anyone tried eating Apricot Kernels for the purpose of warding off cancer?

I underwent the radioactive iodine treatment following surgery after being diagnosed with only stage 1 thyroid cancer.  I believe that it is better to be safe than sorry.  I experienced no ill side effects from this treatment.

My spouse was very recently diagnosed with "Suspect Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Tonsil". He has been seen by one specialist who did not mention removal of the tonsil. We are wondering if leaving the tonsil in would be a good treatment strategy? He is scheduled for a surgical biopsy of the tonsil and surrounding areas. He has a bump about the size of a pecan on one side of his neck and something was seen by a Ct-Scan on the rear of the tongue. He will be going for a second opinion in the near future. It just seems questionable that he did not mention removal of the tonsil?
