I wanted to check with what you all take for pain.  I have never taken opiates ever, but lately that OVC medicine is not working, so my primary ( not cancer Doc) subscribed me Oxycodene .5 mg and it really helps but gives me a headache but I am concerned that it could jepordize the progress I have made so far, I am not on any other meds.  Thanks for any information in advance. Blessings, Jenna

I have to say that I went to the Tulsa Hospital, in 2008, I didn't not want to go, my family urged me to go.  Thank the Lord that I went!!! Jim thank you for your information.  I do get scans every six months (MRI,CAT).  Sounds like that is the best choice.  I hope you are doing well.  Thanks again

I have been told that I cannot have a Pet Scan because my cancer is Clear cell.  Does anybody know if that is true? I was dx 1/08 nephrectomy 1/08.  Mets to the brain and lungs.  IL-2 in 2010.  So far I have not had to go onto any meds. feel blessed, but would like to have a Pet scan. Thank you! Blessings, Jane
