Use distilled. Filtered water is an unknown and the minerals are excess luggage for this purpose. Let the Non-GMO sunflower lecithin soak for two hours encapsulation requires ultrasconic mixing. Put the mixture in the glass container then in the water keeping it from contacting the sides of the machine. Mix 30 to 40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes with a non-metalic stirrer. Wood is ok. Your mixture is ok however a...

okidust, Research indicates curcumin is an inhibitor for JAK2-617f, often associated with PV. Curcumin by itself is poorly absorbed hence the need for a product increasing availability like Double Strength Theracumin. Doseage level and frequency will depend on the product. Consult with your doctor. https://library.ehaweb.org/eha/2018/stockholm/216521/jessica.petiti.curcumin.a.new.therapeutic.strategy.for.jak2.v617f....

My wife used red palm Tocotrienol to lower her platelets while on Anagrelide, 100 mg twice a day. Liposomal vitamin C is a JAK2 inhibitor, 5 ml three times a day. Curcumin is another to research. It's hard to absorb so look for products like double strength Theracumin three times a day. Astaxathin is another JAK2 inhibitor, 12 mg twice a day. Vitamin K2 MK4  as this link shows plays an important role and is enha...

My wife took Hydrea for years and switched to Anagrelide. She began using 100 mg red palm Tocotrienol twice a day resulting in platelets returning to normal levels. Suggest you use liposomal vitamin C three times a day. It's a Jak2 inhibitor. Also use 12 mg Astaxathin twice a day and high absorption curcumin two to three times a day, they inhibit Jak 2. Magnesium taurate prevents platelets from sticking together bett...

Has your Myelofibrosis progressed to leukemia? To overcome low B12, make sure you use a B complex containing Folate and methylcobalamin or hydrocobalamin. B vitamins work better together. You can also use a sublingual fast melt methylcobalamin with the B complex. 45 mg K2 MK4 twice or three times a day taken with a fat to enhance absorbption is worth checking out for leukemia. Liposomal vitamin C offers higher circul...

It appears a reduced vitamin D consumption may be indicated in patients with myelofibrosis. https://medicalxpress.com/news/2019-02-vitamin-d-immune-cells-bone.html

Severina, the ChlorOxygen chlorophil increases the amount of oxygen available to the cells and supports the production of red blood cells and their blood-oxygen carrying capacity. One softgel is taken at breakfast and one softgel is taken at supper. Is the serrapeptase you are using enteric coated? That means it's protected from stomach acid and is only released and absorbed in the alkalide environment in the small i...

Helder, a leukemia patient introduced Chloroxygen softgels to us and it resulted in raising my wife's hemoglobin from 7.6 to 9.1 . Just two a day. Also a B complex containing all eight B vitamins is needed. Ubiquinol (CoQ10) is needed too for heart energy. One last thing is Serrepeptase. It's needed to control scarring and fibrosis in the marrow. As we age the body produces less systemic enzymes and that may be one r...
