Lebo29, your dad may have an iodine deficiency causing dry mouth.  Please check this link. Youtube is a good resource too. Iodine absorption is enhanced with selenium. To get calcium to the bones will require boron, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin K2 MK4.  You'll need 45 mg of K2 MK4 to activate the GLA Matrix Protein. These other links will help familarize you with each I've mentioned. https://apple-well...

There appears an inverse relation between Nitric oxide levels and bone marrow fibrosis. This article states Ruxolitinib (Jakafi) restores Nitric oxide level in bone marrow where myelofibrosis patients test low. Nitric oxide supplements like citrulline or beet juice powder and foods high in nitrates may offer a means to raise low bone marrow Nitric Oxide levels. http://www.bloodjournal.org/content/124/21/4587?sso-che...

Wendy, I too am excited and hopeful for ImMucin. This article from 2015 identifies it as an orphan drug so it appears to have FDA approval. This article seems to identify it as useful for MM. Myelofibrosis is not mentioned however the question needs to be raised with your doctor.   https://myelomabeacon.org/pr/2015/06/22/immucin-fda-orpha-drug-designation/ Actually Roger, the main role senescent cells pla...

Sorry for the delay in responding but I was waiting forTwinlab to respond to my phone calls and emails....still waiting.....confirming their discontinuing sodium selenite. It appears from canceled order notices I've now received from several outlets that Twinlab is out of the sodium selenite business. I like the selenium combination offered in the Super Selenium Complex from Life Extension. There is no question it of...

Carla,  I order Twinlab's sodium selenite in 250mcg capsules, unfortunately a replacement for Richard's liquid form has not been sucessful. The liquid had disadvantages regarding portability, mixing accuracy, possible cross contamination, oxidation and taste.
