Dear Gliltzy:  All I can say is hold on tight, real tight to your man.  Believe me when he is gone oh how you will wish you had him back.  I lost my beloved husband almost one year and 9 months.  I still cry for him today, even with the horrible brain cancer.  He endured so much,  such a tragedy to see your loved one dying of this WICKED CANCER!!! I was his personal care-taker for 9 mont...

When my husband passed away right down the road from me was a place that took hazerdous materials including medications, needles, etc.  I cannot remember what is it called, something like a dumping ground.  Sorry I could not be of more help but there are places that take hazerdous materials.  Perhaps looking in the phone book might help.  Jewels

I meant in my last posting that I was not trying to keep my husband asleep,  he was already sleeping but when the nurses moved him around in his bed he mouned so much and he had such a high tolerence to pain that I knew he was in dire straits.  God I hate this cancer.  Sorry, but I am still having such a difficult time with his death.  Jewels

Hello:  I am so sorry to hear about your loving husband.  This is such a horrible cancer of all cancers.  My husband did not have this kind of pain you are describing in the legs and head.  Thank God for that but he did endure so many other problems that I thought would have for sure killed him first.  A blood clot in the lungs that lodged to the arota, sepsis and so many other horrible ailme...

I have been on this board back in 2011. I lost my profile so I had to make a new one. I lost my husband Wes Walters Dec 7, 201 from GBM grade 4. He only survived 9 months. I still ache so bad from what he had to endure through this monster cancer. I cannot get all the bad visions out of my head for what he went through, pure hell. How do us the widows or widowers get through our loss. I really do not think it will ever get better.
