No I have never heard of it but I do take fish oil, Vitamin D and also primrose oil and use a lot of olive oil. so I guess I am pretty much covered there.

Except I am sure what you are taking the dose is probably calculated much differently. thanks for the sugestion.

Everyone I believe this cancer could be cutedy andbi found out some important info that could help us go into remission and possibly cure it. Please go to the myelofibrosis forums in this website and there is a protocol that people have been doing that helped them go into remission someone who had polycythemia Vera did the protocol and went into remission, the protocol consists of high amount of ascorbic acid (vitamin c) about 40 grams and low amounts of sodium selenite about 5mlg the reason vitmain c put myelofibrosis in remission and could help is us put polycythemia Vera in remission is because it is a jak inhibitor which inhibits the mutated jak gene this could have potential in treating this disease please do research to find out more!!!

Does anyone have any experience with the Japanese enzyme nattokinase?

It seems to be able to reverse adverse effects of fibrin.

Please also look up SERRAPEPTASE as it can eat away any tissue such as scar tissue and it could help decrease scarring in bone marrow by the emzymes

It is funny but I had someone tell me that polycythemia vera was not a cancer and I told them yes it was and that they needed to do their research.  We were told it was a rare form of blood cancer that mostly is in men and very treatable.  Thankfully my husband's hasn't advanced.  Like I mentioned above he was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer in 2010 and just underwent a total laryngectomy, neck dissection and throat reconstruction due to the cancer.  In all this the polycythemia vera hasn't changed.  Like I said he has been on Hydrea since diagnosed 8 years ago.  At no time were we told to watch his diet.   We were lucky because the doctor who diagnosed the polycythemia vera knew all about it.  I know right before surgery his platlets were a little high but not high enough to stop surgery.

Cancer, regardless of the form, is a horrible disease and it is a shame that after all these years, there is no known cure or actually the causes for the different cancers.

I wish your father and family the best.

Sharon

Cannabis oil and a good those of organic vegetable juicing can work wonders for all forms of cancer. Reply for more info
