RE: Anyone used 3bp (3-bromopyruvate)?

by JohnnyP - November 06 at 2:15 AM

The facility we used (Advanced Hyperbarics) provided a mask inside the chamber.  We were at 3 ATA for 90 minutes.  I breathed ambient air, my wife breathed 100% oxygen through a small face mask.

alibaba just informed me the syrosingopine ship date has changed, from 10/1 to 10/18.

Are there any on Daniel's forum taking syrosingopine with metformin?  I made a presentation to our oncologist last week, showing her the patent, the 17 page article, where to buy on alibaba, etc.  I told her it's in powder form and the dose will be very small, just milligrams, so I also ordered a good analytical scale.  I expected her to say don't try it, but instead said "Be very careful."

SteveK is getting by with a very low cost scale with 1mg resolution, but I wanted something better.  This is the best deal I have found on a 0.1mg scale:

Table 1 of US Patent 8,993,587 B3 shows the cancer types that have been tested with the syro/metformin.

Nearly all types tested show response, but a few did not.  MD-231 (triple negative) breast cancer is one of the non responders.

I'm pretty sure my wife's is ER+.

Yes, I have seen that, just watched it again, thanks.

I have been making a high fat ptotein shake for her, made with 1/4 cup MCT oil (mixed with 2 tablespoons cocoa powder), added to 1 scoop protein powder, 2oz cream cheese, 1 cup water, plus double hand full of ice, blended.

But, her appetite is poor so it sometimes takes her three days to finish it.  I have recently started giving her two or three tablespoons of fish oil a day.  It's orange flavored, filtered, no fish smell or taste.

The MCT and fish oil can cause diarhea.  We are still doing hyperbaricoxygen treatments, so she won't take the oils on treatment days.  She doesn't want to be trapped in the chamber and have the runs.

My penpal on another forum just sent me his most recent PET and CT scans, showing his cancer is regressing.  He's using the combination of syrosingopine and metformin.

He saw the same paper I saw earlier this year, but he actually did something with it.  He contacted one of the researchers in Switerland, who then advised him on dosing.  He then sourced the drug in China and has been using it on himself since January.

I ordered it last week, but it's out of stock at the moment.  Apparently several others on that forum are also using it.

I will post the link to his thread after I post this message.  The link is long so I will use tinyurl to shorten it.

Shirley is still losing weight, down to 131.  I just placed an order for a one gram vial of syrosingopine...

They are out of stock, say it will take about twenty days to get it in.

Wow, KoDiscovery (Dr. Ko?) is liscening to a Korean drug company.

No, I haven't tried to contact Dr. Ko.

I'm waiting to hear back from my pen pal who is using syrosingopine/metformin.  His next PET scan is the end of the month.

I actually spoke to Dr. Ko on the phone. I think it was too far along at that point. We did go to Germany for stem cell and although it didn't work on my hsband I know of 3 others who are doing fine.

Did Dr. Ko have anything to say about progress on 3BP?

Is the delay due to the lawsuit, or technical issues?
