Over the past 10 years I have recieved several scans each year at three different facilities. Is there a source that I can use to determine which of these facilities have equipment that has the scans set up to optimize the image quality and concurrently minimize the radiation exposure?

My wife had a Whipple in 2001 at age 62, done by a local surgeon who was also our good friend. No chemo. No recurrence. We caught it early due to an incidental diagnosis at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas. She is now 80 and still doing well. Oncologists are way ahead of the knowledge and experience that existed in 2001. After a consultation, an oncologist recommended no chemo.  My wife will ...
