     Mendh, that is a huge dose of dex.  Dexdoes 2 things well, controls edema and causes muscle attrophie.  Even at 4mg it eats my muscles badly,  Iam now on 1.5 mg a day and my stregth is coming back but I also send 6 to 9 hrs a week in the gym my balanced also went to crap with the loss of muscles and stregth  have the doc prescrible phiscal theraphy fo him it does help   But ge...

        when I had my first seizure and it was very inimal they uppded my dex and added keppera 1000 mg a day I was halucinating and having huge side effects.  once we dropped the dex to 4 mg a day the effects went away .  now at 2 mg a day of dex  with keppra amd no issues

                  the lack of sleep is due to the steriods.  16 mg a day is a huge amout.  When does his onc  say it is ok to start wearing off of it?

                    Hi there,  sorry to be the bearer of bad news.  AA4 is called Gbm because GBM is always a grade 4.  The more tumor they got out the better, but GBM always comes back.  I had regrowth 6 months after my surgery. when it came dback it was inop.  I am now dealing with my 2nd growth and possiblly  a new growth  thru the mid line and on the right side  origional tumor left ...
