I'm so sorry to hear about your little Gracie. This disease truly is horrible but I'm so happy I started this post to help everyone try to understand the ins and outs of this rollercoaster ride that is TCC. They kept Lita on Clavamox along with Peroxicam and she survived a lot longer that her prognosis. Just please give Gracie as much love as possible and know that whatever decision you ever decide to make in regards...

Hi Trix08 and welcome to our blog. I am so sorry about the news you were given about your baby. We have all been there and can understand with the pain and devastation you feel. I was so mad when I found out about Lita I thought the doctor was crazy!! I took her to the specialist to 'prove him wrong' but instead the specialist confirmed the diagnosis and I had to face the harsh reality that my baby was now a hospice ...

Thank you so much for sharing this information with us. I had Lita on Peroxicam but did not choose the chemo but sometimes I wonder if I should have. Back when she was diagnosed, the chemo treatments were $250.00 each and there was no guarantee that it would prolong her life. I am so glad that they have made strides in fighting this horrible cancer and I appreciate you for sharing these strides with everyone on this ...

I know this blog continues to help with everyone's grief and I am grateful that there are still posts being written. I know your baby Quik is at The Rainbow Bridge playing with my Little Lita until we can see them again. We still think of Lita everyday and we know she is always with us. God Bless you and your family.

Hi alleykat, I am so happy that I started this page back when my little girl was experiencing these symptoms. We all go through the same see-saw of emotions with this disease and it sounds like you are an amazing mommy to your llittle Charlie. I completely agree with Everley. The disease rears it's ugly head the same in all the dogs that are unlucky enough to have it and you are doing everything perfect. Continue to...
