              I couldn't agree MORE! Laughter is the best medicine. I think we put our lives in peril when we take ourselves too seriously. Cancer is no joke and I am not laughing at it, just laughing away from it. Karen

                My soy journey and how I believe it was instrumental in my breast cancer diagnosis. Three years ago my cholesterol was elevated. I decided a vegetarian diet was the direction of choice. No more meat, I would get my protein from soy products exclusively. Soy is a phyto-estrogen and I am ER+. I believe the 'estrogen' in the soy contributed to my developing breast cancer because it mimicked HRT. No more soy products.

                  Recovering from surgery and the biopsy just came back negative for malignancy, whoop, whoop. Com'n ladies, let's have some more 'negativity' circulating in a positive way!
