      last monday, we were told that after 1 and half years that my husbands cancer is out of control and that further treatment is not feasible. He has been through so much since diagnosis of kidney cancer march 18th 2010. He has had a full nephrectomy, started on sutent, moved to affinitor, traditional chemotherapy, finally avastin.         hi my husband was diagnosed with RCC 1 year ago now, in that time it has spread to his spine, skull and shoulder - the pain is now a real issue, he is 45. He had radiation to his skull and that has worked, he then had radiation to the spot on his spine and that too worked with the tumors reducing, however new spots keep appearing, 2 new ones on il1 and il2 and now another on the shoulder which is causing severe pain...
