    Thank you so much for this.  My son actually had put LibreOffice 6.0 on my computer (it came with Windows10) & there are templates that we looked up for medication templates & they are amazing...just so many to choose from & I wanted something simple.  I really appreciate your response & I will definitely try yours since it is simple.  Again, thank you so much.       Hello, I have have CML (Chronic Mylogenous Leukemia). I am 62 & just was released from the hospital.  My platelets were 3, 200,000 & rising.  I had to have platelets pulled out.  Then they gave me platelets & blood transfusion.  I also have no stomach, a feeding tube, an irreversible colostomy & now the Leukemia.  My platelets then dropped to only 26,000, my white count, anc d...

        Thank you for your response.  I am shocked that there is nothing like this but I do have a heavy amount of meds i take & they are not taken together.  Injections, antibiotics, chemo, u name it, i take it.  But thank you anyway for your help. Robin
