Well, it can't hurt to try it and it sounds very yummy. I am however sceptical that it can cure any cancer. I have seen it with my family that they have tried every "cancer cure" and spend countless money to clinics in foreign countries and it turned out to be a fraud. I know that my doctors at MDA are wonderful an really try to help cancer patients and are very passionate and heartfelt towards beating this horrib...

Biotin was the only thing I could use as well. My dentist also added that you should wait an hour after vomiting to brush your teeth because it will damage them. He said just rinse with water...I know...yuk! But you have to care for your teeth. I also started making my own yogurt! Couldnt eat much of anything else. BTW...I have a question regarding family doctors. I live in a small town and my family doctor sai...

That is so awesome! My oncologist where I live and I love him as a person because he is so nice, wanted to give me chemo for my liver tumor and when I asked him if it would work he was honest enough to tell me no. There are so many chemos out there! You need to find a specialist who really knows what will work. Our cancers are as individual as we are. Need to find a doctor who understands that. I went to MDA an...

Bikini cut? That's hilarious! I had....(drum rolls) the distal pancrectomy including the removal of my gallbladder, a spleen saving operation and along with all that a liver resection (60% --70%) I had two surgical teams at the same time. My GI surgeon for the pancreas and liver and a gynecology oncology team for the rest of my hysterectomy (debulking). So it was 5 surgeries in one 8 hour surgery. It was the mos...

I know you arent making fun but laughter IS the BEST medicine! Because I have this rare mutation, we refer to each other on the LFS forum as mutants. Of course we don't use it all the time. Many situations are so serious but when we are able to make light of it we do. So what treatment did you get for your cancer? Did you have the whipple surgery? Or the Distal P. ? Did you have chemo or radiation?

Oh I'm glad. NY has fantastic doctors. You seem like a very nice and caring person. I bet your father is very thankful to have you and sure he is very proud of you. Not many children care about their parents. Shoonu

Sorry about the spelling and goofy words. My iPod has a mind of it's own at times. I wanted to say I SWAM with sharks in their BREEDING ground!! That was funny! Should have proofread it first! Hahaha.

Very true! Kids are very robust! I had bone cancer when I was 13 in my thigh. The doctors wanted to go ahead and amputate but told my parents that I only had a year to live. So my parents decided to not amputate and opted for experimental surgery by removing my femur and most of the tissue and muscle surrounding it and I was given a human donated femur. They placed a longer femur in my leg that I had to grow into...
