Multinodular thyroid. Right thyroid lobe: 5.3 x 2.6 x 2.4 cm. Multiple right thyroid nodules. The largest is in the midpole with isoechoic echotexture and internal color Doppler flow. No associated calcifications. Measures up to 2.8 x 2.1 x 2.1 cm and has a thin hypoechoic peripheral rim. The lesion is wider than tall. Smooth margins. TI-RADS 3 lesion. Left thyroid lobe: 4.6 x 2.1 x 1.6 cm. Multiple left thyroid lobe nodules. The largest is a solid hypoechoic nodule with internal color Doppler flow is seen to measure 1.8 x 0.8 x 0.7 cm. No associated calcification. The lesion is wider than tall. Margins are irregular. TI-RADS 4 lesion. Isthmus: No nodules.
