I hope you find some help soon!  One of the things that helped me a little with my injections is a massage mat.  I have a full body mat with vibration and heat that I spread out on my bed then I lay on it for 30 minutes after having my shots, usually later that evening.  Makes it more tolerable.  That stuff is thick and will definitely create some lumps! Even a heating pad might feel beneficial.&n...

Hi Stephen!  I think posts from people who have been able to move on with life are needed and encouraging. While those of us with cancer or those who have lost, or losing, someone are facing sorrow and grief, we all still want to know that there is some kind of light at the end of the tunnel and life does go on.  Maybe a different kind of light for some of us but at least a positive reminder for the rest of...

Just saw your message!  I'd say welcome back but I don't think any of us want to have a need to be here!  I hope your treatment is going well.  Good luck with that!  I am 5 years into stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and still hanging in there!  : )

Hi! I've been on Faslodex for about 14 months so may not be able to help you a whole lot.  I also take the drug Ibrance with it so may have different experiences.  I did have problems with walking and pain in my right hip and right leg last fall but was given 10 days of radiation and it completely went away.  In fact, I think I've gotten better each month!  Have you seen a cancer orthopedic doctor...

Good morning!  Have you tried the specialty pharmacies?  I have to use them to get my cancer medication as the regular pharmacies do not carry them.  I use AllianceRX, which is the specialty pharmacy associated with Walgreens, but there are many of them out there.  You can ask your local pharmacy for a name and they should be able to give you one.  Also, if your local cancer center has a phar...
