It is very Rare. It is a cancer in the sinus. It stands for Sinal Nasal Undiffrienciated Carcenoma. If you google SNUC cancer you can see what they say about it.  We cant figure out how he got it. They said he has had it less than a year and its fast and aggressive. My husband has been through 15 hour surgery and 7 weeks of Chemo and Radiation. They were going to take his right eye out but during the surgery dec...

My Husband was diagnosed with SNUC May 18, 2017 and had his 15 hour surgery June 19th they were going to remove his right eye but so far he still has that but has bad pain in it everyday from the 7 weeks of radiation and chemo. We now have to wait till December for the pet scan to see what the results of all that. We wish we knew how he got this he had sinus infections in the past but not a lot. He has some caps on his teeth but no other health problems. This has changed our lives and it is living in limbo. He is in a lot of pain every morning and has to rinse his nose 3 times a day with a netty pot and some medication. I am the only one working now to pay our bills and he misses me all day spending time alone. He cant taste or smell anything so its hard to get him to eat. He keeps losing weight. Life as we knew it seems to be over and we wait and wait for the results. His hair is growing back slowly. I wish I knew if his sense of taste and smell would return.
