Spinach and Blueberry Salad

1 package fresh spinach, rinsed
1 pint fresh blueberries or ½ cup dried blueberries
½ cup feta cheese
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp balsamic or blueberry vinegar
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Combine spinach, blueberries, feta cheese, and walnuts together in salad bowl.  Mix vinegar and olive oil together.  Pour over salad and toss.

Makes 4 servings
